Our Story
Most diet regimes start with the idea that ‘I have lost weight doing this, so can you’. Slim and Become takes a different point of view because with that idea you end up being someone who becomes very good at losing weight not a naturally slim person.
Barbara Burgess is a Hypnotherapist and NLP Master Practitioner who specialises in Weight Loss. She has always been interested in health and fitness, being in her younger days a dancer and a bodybuilder. She is driven to find out the science behind all those things that ‘we know to be true’ about the mind and the body and to investigate what is different about those people who can eat whatever they like and not put on weight.
Although her size and weight have changed throughout her life (and having 4 children) she has never been overweight, according to statistical standards, and has never been on a slimming diet because she has always been aware that it does not work in the long term.
So what can she tell you about losing weight?
